1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or subscribing to AI Forge ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service & AI Workflows

AI Forge provides access to specialized, structured artificial intelligence utility tools powered by our enterprise AI inference engines and tier-1 cloud AI infrastructure under strict zero-data-training agreements. Workflows are delivered through task-specific forms designed to produce targeted outputs without requiring prompt engineering.

3. Credit Economy, Subscriptions & Monthly Resets

Platform usage is governed by a transparent credit economy designed to provide flexibility without hidden fees:

• Standalone Credits (Pay-As-You-Go): Credits acquired through one-time credit packs (e.g., 50 credits for $0.99) are perpetual and never expire. They remain in your account until spent.
• Monthly Subscriptions: Subscriptions (Starter, Creator, Pro) provide a recurring monthly credit allowance billed every 30 days via Stripe.
• Monthly Allowance Reset ("Use-it-or-lose-it"): On each recurring billing date (confirmed via Stripe invoice.paid webhook), subscription credits reset to the new monthly quota. Unused monthly subscription credits do not accumulate into subsequent billing cycles; however, any standalone perpetual credits purchased separately are strictly preserved.
• Subscription Cancellation: When a recurring subscription is canceled, access to the monthly allowance concludes at the end of the current billing cycle, reverting the balance to any remaining standalone perpetual credits.
• Failed Payments: If a recurring payment fails, account status transitions to delinquent (past_due) and new monthly credits are withheld until payment is rectified via the Stripe Customer Portal.

4. Regeneration Policy & Consumption

Each request—whether an initial generation or a regeneration of a previously created asset—involves full dedicated computational inference through our enterprise AI models. Consequently, regenerating an output deducts the full credit cost of the respective tool. The interface displays the exact credit deduction prior to confirming regeneration.

5. Concurrency Controls & Rate Limiting

To prevent abuse, protect platform stability, and eliminate API quota exhaustion, each user account is limited to one (1) active processing generation at a time. Concurrent requests will be queued or rejected with an HTTP 429 notification until the in-flight generation completes.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

You retain 100% ownership and copyright over the input content you submit and the resulting synthesized outputs generated for your account. AI Forge claims no intellectual property rights over user-generated text, documents, or code.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Accuracy

Outputs produced by large language models are probabilistic and synthesized based on algorithmic patterns. AI Forge does not warrant or represent that outputs are factually accurate, exhaustive, or free of bias. You are solely responsible for verifying and reviewing all generated content before using it in legal, financial, medical, or critical production environments.
