Refund Policy

1. Automatic Technical Credit Restoration

When an AI generation encounters a technical failure, stream disconnection, or upstream provider timeout, our transactional database engine automatically and atomically cancels the credit reservation. The credits are immediately restored to your balance without requiring manual support intervention.

2. Consumed Credits Policy

Because each successful generation consumes real-time computational resources and API token expenditure, credits consumed for completed generations are non-refundable once the output has been delivered. If you are dissatisfied with an output, we encourage reviewing the input form parameters or reaching out to support for guidance.

3. Subscription Cancellation & Billing Cycles

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal accessible in your Billing Dashboard. When canceled, your subscription remains active until the conclusion of the current 30-day billing period. No future renewals will occur.

4. Monetary Refund Requests

If you experienced an unresolvable billing error, duplicate charge, or system outage preventing usage within 14 calendar days of a payment, you may request a monetary refund:

• Submit a request through our Contact Form or email [email protected] with your account email and Stripe receipt number.
• Refund requests are reviewed by our billing team within 2 to 3 business days.
• Approved refunds are returned directly to the original payment method through Stripe (typically appearing in 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution).
